First World Record
Amrutha Anand’s First World Record was in October 15, 2013. The First Record was maintaining Laghu Vajarasanam(Advance Backbending Posture) for 420 Seconds (7 Minutes) and was awarded by Assist World Records.
Second World Record
In June 2014 she broke her First Record and maintained 20 mins in Laghu Vajarasana and it was awarded by Limca Book of Records
India is capitalistic of diseases like Diabetes, Asthma, Blood Pressure, Cancer etc. This is mainly due to sedentary lifestyle, Yoga is the only Key. Amrutha have demonstrated this Asana for motivating people to perform Yoga for healthy Life.
Amrutha’s Third Record is “Most Number of Asanas performed in 2 hours”. She performed 1008 Asanas in 2 hours 45 mins on May 2015 in Chennai.
Amrutha came to know that it is possible to reverse Diabetic through complete Plant Based Diet. So they started following Plant Based Diet and in 3 months Diabetic was reversed. When Amrutha was suggesting this diet to her friends, but they dnt believe it. So Amrutha subjected herself to prove everyone that by following Plant Based Diet they can be healthier than others.
Next Record was “Vegan Yoga Marathon” she performed Vegan Yoga Marathon for 27 Hours 30 mins in a Raw Vegan Diet. Amrutha was in Raw Vegan Diet for 6 months to perform this record. This Record was done with a motive to prove that “Vegans have more Endurance and Stamina than any others.”

Purpose: Amrutha was in complete Raw Diet for 6 months by eating only Fruits, Nuts, Vegetables and Sprouts. To prove that “Plant Based Diet Followers have more Stamina and energy than others”.
The Next – On 2015 Vegan Day (November 1st) Amrutha performed 108 Surya Namaskars in 18 mins to prove the “Power of Veganism”.
